AMS has logs for their disconnects and long and short log cars.13”. 15” and 19”. They also come in three different Diameter's, 1.75”, 2.00” and 2.50”. The 13” are designed for the disconnects while the 15” are for the short logs and the 29” are for the long log cars. They vary in price from 10.00 for the 13” to 8.00 for the short 13” ones. |

Available from Accucraft are the roller bearing trucks for the Jackson and Sharp cars. These truck are brass and stainless steel and have had the wheel replaced with Berlyn wheel with bearings. The original wheels on the San Juan cars derailed because of the square profile on the wheels. These truck do have the red Berlyn wheel sets. |

This is a replacement set of 4 wheels from Sierra Valley with ball bearings for AMS plastic freight cars. .The only work that needs to be done is pull out the brass shim that Accucraft has inside the journals and replace it with the bearings. Accucraft has released a replacement for their standard freights car wheel sets. You can replace the friction wheel sets with these to increase the length of your trains. Accucraft has available the motors that are in the new K-28's and can be installed in the K-27's. The motors are the same size as the K-27 motors and use the existing motor mounts. What makes these motor run well is the 0-24 volts and the 38 to 1 gear ratio. If you need help replacing a K-27 motor and don’t want me to do it, call for instructions. Rocket Roger is making both complete replacement ground throws and brass pins for Llagas creek turnouts. The replacement pins screw into existing Llagas Creek ten mile ground throws to replace the plastic ones that come with the throws. It can be used for and Large scale turnout. The other is a complete milled throw to replace the ten mile and is all brass with a lead throwing knob. I installed it on a # 6 turnout and painted the knob red and green. This is a little different product that may keep the wife happy or your feet warm and clean. They are door mats made of commercial materials with rubber backing in Railroad designs . The rubber backing is so they won't slip are washable. The mat size is 24" by 34" in five different styles and the 3% does apply. |

The new AMS turnouts should be available in the fall of 2008. OK in February 2009 I have them available. And it looks like Accucraft locomotive will be able to use them. The frogs are deep for the G scale wheels and AMS wheels do drop and make noise but will work. |

I usually have a stock of # 6 NSNG available in narrow gauge but the supply varies day to day. All track and ties need to be pre-ordered. The turnouts come with the ten mile ground throw installed. |

Accucraft has introduced code 250 brass rail in both standard gauge and narrow gauge ties all gauge 1 or 45mm. It comes in boxes of 12 for 200.00 This is flex track with the ties already on has two rail joiners included and is 5' in length.. This seems like an inexpensive way to get into a more realistic rail for a small price. As of March 1st buy 4 boxes of 332 brass for 250.00 each and get one box free. |

Accucraft Passenger car trucks |

Micro Engineering rail, ties and joiners are available in both Nickel Silver and aluminum, code 250 and 332. The rail come in 24 running feet as is the box of ties for NS. The AL come in 48 running feet and needs two boxes of ties. All the rail is 6’ long but Micro have pre-curved sections and small straight sections available. The rail and ties match the Llagas creek turnouts and woks well together. The 3% discount does apply. |

This is a handy item for breaking in a locomotive or test running ant 45 MM gauge locomotive. I use two of them for the larger locomotives for my battery installations and could not be without them. They come two to a package. The 3% discount cash or check does apply. |

This was a necessary item on the steam locomotives from years past and is still in use today. The units consist of a brass screen and brass mounting ring with 4 screws.
